18 Days of Gratitude Challenge

ree

What better time than November to create a gratitude practice! Research has shown that people who have a regular gratitude practice are living happier lives. And all it takes is a little effort every day to find gratitude in our every day lives. SO lets have some fun with it and practice gratitude in a different way for 18 days! Folow along with me on Instagram and share your gratitude practice with #18daysofgratitude.

Day 1: Write down 3 things you’re grateful for right now.

Day 2: Think of a person you appreciate — write or text them a thank-you message.

Day 3: Notice something beautiful in nature and take a moment to really soak it in.

Day 4: List 3 things about yourself that you’re grateful for.

Day 5: Express gratitude for a challenge or lesson that helped you grow.

Day 6: Write about a happy memory that still makes you smile.

Day 7: Take a gratitude walk — notice things around you to be thankful for.

Day 8: Find one thing in your home that brings you comfort or joy — and appreciate it fully.

Day 9: Reflect on a person who inspires you and what you’ve learned from them.

Day 10: Write down something you usually take for granted (like water, warmth, or safety).

Day 11: Show appreciation to someone in your daily routine (a coworker, barista, neighbor).

Day 12: Practice gratitude for your body — thank it for all it allows you to do.

Day 13: Create a gratitude playlist with songs that lift your spirit.

Day 14: Write down 5 small joys that made today brighter.

Day 15: Take a few minutes to breathe and say “thank you” silently for this moment.

Day 16: Reflect on a book, movie, or quote that has positively impacted you.

Day 17: Do a random act of kindness as an expression of gratitude.

Day 18: Write a short letter to yourself — thank yourself for how far you’ve come.
