I offer yoga and mindfulness sessions that blend calm, connection, and just the right amount of humor (because healing doesn’t have to be so serious). Whether I’m teaching on the mat or speaking on stage, my goal is to create space for people to feel more present, more optimistic, more grounded, and a little more human—laugh-snorts, tears, and hugs welcome, as always.
