Mommy and Me Yoga - Mondays

Service Description

A playful and interactive yoga session designed for mothers and their little ones to bond through movement. This 45-minute class focuses on gentle stretching, basic poses, and relaxation techniques in a supportive group environment. It is as much for the moms as it is for the babies. Babies up to 12 months are welcome. Mobile babies must be monitored by a parent.
